Permit Administration:

Since 1993, Alpine has managed FPL's one million pole inventory as permit process administrator.

Starting in 2018 Alpine is now administering JEA’s pole attachment permit process.

Alpine is responsible for receipt and review of licensee permits, engineering of make ready work orders to accommodate the licensee’s attachment, post construction inspection to verify standards compliance and updating of the attachment billing database. All of these services are performed at no cost to FPL or JEA.

Joint Use Audit:

Since 1980, Alpine has successfully performed surveys of over 5,000,000 facilities through Joint Use, Streetlight, and NESC Audits for such companies as FPL, JEA, GRU, OUC, AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon.

These surveys resulted in substantial capture of unbilled facilities making the survey cost negligible.

Engineering Services:
